I don’t have to worry about the alcohol for myself, since I don’t drink, however…..who doesn’t love hot chocolate? Who doesn’t love eggnog? Ok, not everyone likes eggnog, but it’s easy to let empty calories sneak up on you. Starbucks and other coffee houses do offer lighter versions of the regular, but remember…you might still be looking at 200 calories. It can add up fast!!
